单层水平体量，白混凝土+绿植屋面，与河景形成“安静对话”。整体被视为“克制而优雅”的地景策略。顶部连续天窗给展厅带来稳定漫射光，避免紫外线直射，被赞“博物馆级采光”。用极克制的手段、精确的地形嵌入、清晰的空间序列，使作品“远超其规模地突出”。

1. 场地概况

• 位于塔梅加河右岸，属 Polis 城市复兴计划内的未来滨河公园。
• 地块呈矩形，与河道平行；
• 四界：
  • 西北：步行/自行车道（平行于十月五日大道）
  • 东北：Dr. Mário Soares 大道
  • 西南：平行于 Longras 街的新路
  • 东南：河道

2. 建筑策略

• 单层建筑，整体架空，以防洪。
• 主入口：由滨河步道经 6 % 缓坡到达平台（高于洪水位）。
• 另设两处地面层入口（均含电梯与楼梯）：西南（公众）、东北（装卸）。
• 中部展览区旁设紧急疏散楼梯。

3. 功能分区（三大水平带）

• 结构：白色清水混凝土承重墙。
• 屋面：绿化屋顶。
• 室内：

• 墙/顶：粉刷石膏板
• 潮湿区：白色大理石贴面
• 门窗：木+金属（外铝、内不锈钢）。

1. Site & Context

• Setting: Right bank of the River Tâmega, within the Polis Programme’s future riverside park.
• Plot: Rectangular, parallel to the river; bounded by:
• NW: new pedestrian/cycle path (parallel to Av. 5 de Outubro)
• NE: Av. Dr. Mário Soares
• SW: new street parallel to Rua das Longras
• SE: riverbed

2. Architectural Concept

• Form: Single-storey building on an elevated concrete platform.
• Flood protection: Platform raised on walls perpendicular to the river.
• Access:
• Main entry: 6 % ramp from riverside promenade (non-flood level).
• Two additional points (lift + stair) at ground level: SW (public) & NE (service).
• Central emergency stair beside exhibition halls.
